Field Trip Pass
Chaperone

Mountain Line offers a Field Trip Pass Program for educators to take students on field trips via public transit at a discounted rate.

Cost:
Student passes are $0.60 each and Chaperone passes are $1.25 each

Process:
Organizers should email passes@naipta.az.gov or call 928.779.6624 at least 24 hours prior to the field trip. Email should include a contact name and phone number, field trip date, and number of students and chaperones. When the passes are ready, they can be picked up and paid for at the Mountain Line main office (3773 N. Kaspar Dr.)

Passes:
Field Trip passes are issued on a reloadable day pass card, which is inserted into a clear ID holder on a lanyard. When boarding the bus, each person in the group must individually present the pass card for validations. At the conclusion of the field trip the passes can be turned in to the bus driver. All passes must be returned within three days of the field trip, and organizers may be responsible for a $3 replacement card fee for lost or damaged passes.

Public Transit:
The use of the public transit system for field trips is subject to available capacity of a bus at the time of the trip. We cannot reserve or designate space for any group.
