MOUNTAIN LINE TO OFFER EXTENDED NEW YEAR’S EVE HOURS FREE SERVICE ALL DAY
FLAGSTAFF, AZ (December 28, 2025) – Mountain Line will continue its tradition of offering a safe and reliable transportation option by extending service past midnight and offering FREE rides all day on New Year’s Eve.
Mountain Line will extend regular weekday service hours, with the last buses departing downtown around 1:30 a.m. to accommodate those heading out to the annual Pine Cone Drop event and other celebrations throughout town. A full schedule is available at www.mountainline.az.gov/newyears.
“We invite the community to leave the car behind and ring in the New Year with Mountain Line,” said Mountain Line CEO and General Manager Heather Dalmolin. “Flagstaff is known for a full day of New Year’s Eve celebrations, so we’re offering free rides all day and extended service hours to ensure Mountain Line can be your transportation solution.”
Those planning to use Mountain Line for their New Year’s Eve transportation are encouraged to call the Mountain Line offices at 928.779-6624 during regular business hours prior to the holiday to receive trip planning assistance. Those who want to track the status of their bus in real time can download the free Transit app.
