What is Mountain Line Go!?

It’s a point-to-point, shared-ride service, operating on a more flexible schedule than a fixed-route bus.

Passengers can book a trip in real-time via the Mountain Line Go! Transit App, which can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play stores or by calling 928-679-8989.

Once you’ve requested a ride, you’ll be picked up at your location by a Mountain Line GO! vehicle, which you may share with other riders. The vehicle may also pick up or drop off other riders as it travels to your destination.

Service Hours

Mountain Line Go! operates Monday – Friday from 6am – 10pm and weekends and Holidays from 7am – 8pm.


Service Area

Mountain Line will pick up and drop off riders anywhere within the designated service area, shown in yellow on the map. Additional pick-up locations are defined as nearby bus stops, connecting you to Routes 2, 3, 7, and 66.

Cost to Ride

Mountain Line accepts multiple forms of payment including cash, mobile fares via the Transit App, and the FlagPass Cash Card. Single rides and Day Passes may be purchased with exact cash on the bus or in the Transit app. If your one-way trip requires more than one bus or route to complete, we recommend purchase of a Day Pass. Mountain Line does not offer free transfers. Visit Mountain Line’s Fares & Passes page for more details.

*ID must be presented to qualify for reduced fare. Acceptable IDs include: Drivers License, School ID (current school year), any government-issued ID that displays age or date of birth, Medicare card accompanied by picture ID, Social Security Disability Insurance Letter, Mountain Line issued reduced fare ID (download Reduced Fare Application).


How to Book a Ride

Booking a trip is easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Download the Mountain Line Go! app from either app store

  2. Open the Mountain Line Go! app on your mobile device.
  3. Enter your destination by tapping in the “Where to?” box
  4. Add additional passengers or request accessibility features by tapping on the “Passenger” or “Wheelchair” icons. If you want to schedule your trip in advance, select a later time by tapping “Schedule” in the lower right corner.
  5. Review your estimated pick-up and drop-off times and tap “Request Ride” when ready.

Once a trip is created, riders will receive real-time updates via text or app notifications and can track vehicle location and estimated arrival time in the Mountain Line Go! app.

Don’t have a smartphone? Call 928-679-8989 to request a ride. You’ll pay for your trip onboard the vehicle.
